The idea was developed from a clear market observation: In dynamic real estate environments, the biggest risk for investors is often not the lack of opportunities, but the lack of transparency and reliability of information.
Through extensive engagement with the Nigerian real estate market, it became evident that a structured, independent, and verification-based advisory approach is missing.
